Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Kevin J. Darby Realtor marketing website (the “Site”), which is operated by Kevin Darby individually. It does not replace the policies for a separate eXp Realty search and MLS website or for any independent provider linked from the Site.
2. Current site design
The Site has no contact form, newsletter signup, account registration, CRM lead capture, payment function, or direct listing search. It links visitors to CalendarBug to request a conversation and to a separate eXp Realty website for property search.
3. Information handled by other services
If a visitor follows the CalendarBug booking link or uses the separate eXp Realty search website, the visitor is leaving the Site and using a separate service. Information provided there is governed by that service’s then-current privacy practices and notices. This Site does not state that it receives, shares, sells, texts, or emails a visitor’s personal information unless that behavior is separately verified and approved.
4. Technical information and cookies
Cloudflare hosts and secures the Site and may process technical information such as IP addresses, traffic-routing data, system configuration information, and request logs when visitors access it. The Site does not currently use a contact form, account system, analytics service, advertising tracker, or marketing cookie. If these practices change, this policy will be updated.
5. Third-party links
The Site links to independent websites. Their privacy practices are not controlled by Kevin J. Darby, Realtor. Visitors should review the privacy notice on a third-party site before providing personal information there.
