1. Scope
These Terms of Use apply only to the Kevin J. Darby Realtor marketing website (the “Site”), which is operated by Kevin Darby individually. They do not govern a separate eXp Realty search and MLS website, which has its own terms, privacy, accessibility, and fair-housing pages.
2. Informational use
The Site provides general information about Kevin J. Darby, Realtor, buying, selling, local resources, and how to begin a conversation. Information on the Site is not legal, tax, financial, lending, inspection, appraisal, or other professional advice. Real-estate information can change, and visitors should verify facts that matter to a decision with appropriate professionals.
3. No agency relationship created by website use
Viewing the Site, using its resources, following an external link, or booking an introductory conversation does not by itself create a client, agency, brokerage, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Any representation or professional relationship must be established separately in the manner required by applicable law and brokerage policy.
4. CalendarBug booking handoff
The Site links to CalendarBug for appointment scheduling. The booking process is operated by CalendarBug, and information entered there is handled through CalendarBug and its applicable terms and privacy notices. Booking a conversation does not create representation or guarantee availability.
5. Third-party links and resources
The Site may link to a separate eXp Realty search website and to independent businesses, lenders, service providers, social networks, and other websites. Those destinations are independent. Their content, availability, privacy practices, and terms are their own. A link or resource listing is not an endorsement, guarantee, requirement, or recommendation that a visitor use a particular provider.
6. Site content
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site’s original text, layout, and materials may not be copied, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Third-party marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Changes and availability
The Site may be changed, paused, or removed at any time. These Terms may be updated when the Site changes. The effective version and date will be posted here.
